About Zone Health
The goal of the Zone Health School Obesity Prevention Toolkit is to enable schools to combat obesity by developing a health plan uniquely suited to their environment, needs, and culture. The toolkit helps schools assess their current health environment, prioritize needs, develop policies, and make positive changes that promote healthy weight students. Zone Health encourages parent and community involvement to support school efforts and to ensure success.
